Ayur@Net ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal and medical information of our users. This Privacy Policy is our privacy statement through which we would like to provide in a transparent manner information about the nature, scope, purpose and conditions under which we collect, use and process personal information, as well as the rights that you own as a respondent. The processing of your personal information will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as with legislation on personal data protection in your country.

Data Collecting

As every standard business application we use database storage to store the data. We collect personal and medical information you provide directly to us, such as your name, contact information, medical history, and other relevant data necessary for providing our services. All our data are stored inside cloud-based Azure SQL Databases Service. By accepting this statement you are also accepting related Privacy Statement from Microsoft. Personal data and processing

We collect and store personal information solely to the extent necessary for the provision of the service and are based on a legal basis, contractual obligation or voluntary consent. When storing data, personal data is stored in the least possible number of places where they are adequately protected. Access to personal information is provided solely on the basis of a business and medical need. Personal information is not used for the purpose of developing or testing IT systems. Whenever possible, personal information is protected by encryption, pseudo-anonymization or anonymization. All personal data for which there is no basis for safekeeping shall be deleted or destroyed without delay. The measure defined in this policy must be adhered to by all Ayur@Net employees as well as by third parties who, in their cooperation with the organization, gain access to personal information. We do not transfer your personal information to third countries, and if this need arises, we will ask for your explicit consent. We may also use the information we collect for following purposes:

  • Providing and improving our services
  • Personalizing your experience
  • Communicating with you, including responding to your inquiries
  • Ensuring the security of our services
  • Complying with legal obligations

Payment Data

Ayur@Net supports online payment over payment providers like PayPal, PayWay etc., depending on the configuration. Number of supported providers is constantly growing. If user makes payment over our site then we have to save payment details in order to confirm every successful transaction, but also to revise any possible error. We do that in order to protect our users from any financial loss caused by payment providers or any other possible error. Despite of that, we will never capture or save full credit card number or related credit card data. Usually, we save only few digits of the credit card number in order to track transactions properly.

Right to access the data

You have the right to ask which category of your personal information we process, for what purpose, whether we share your information with someone, how long it will remain stored, etc. You have the right to request the correction of your personal information which is incorrect, as well as the right to complete your incomplete personal data, and to delete your data if there is no legal basis for further processing. Protection of personal data

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. In case of, despite all security measures taken, the confidentiality or availability of your personal information is in some way compromised, we will immediately notify the competent supervisory authority and/or you as a subject, in accordance with applicable European and national regulations.

Use of Cookies

Ayur@Net uses cookies. It uses those cookies that are strictly necessary for the application to function. We use Google's product called reCaptcha on the Register and Login forms in order to:

  • Protect our web application from spam and abuse
  • Mitigate Denial of Service attacks
  • Disable other software or hardware devices from attempting to log in automatically

ReCaptcha is owned by Google. It will take browser window snapshot in the moment reCaptcha is used. In our case it is only on Register and Login form. It will also collect data about browser plugins, Cookies placed by Google over the last 6 months, number of mouse clicks/touches you have made on that screen, CSS information, Javascript objects, date and browser's language. In order to prevent sending even that small amount of the data to the Google, reCaptcha will be enabled only if it is really necessary. If you don't see reCaptcha control on the Register and Login form it means that it is disabled by the administrator.

ReCaptcha has its own privacy and terms statements. Check its statements at the stated locations. By accepting our privacy and terms statements, we are accepting their statements too.

We do not use Cookies for:

  • Collection of any personally identifiable information (when we will, we will ask your explicit consent)
  • Collect sensitive information (when we will, we will ask your explicit consent)
  • Forwarding your personal data, collected inside the application, to third parties

Turning off Cookies

You can turn off cookies by changing your web browser settings to stop accepting cookies (you can find the opt-out instructions for Chrome browser here). If you do this, you will most likely limit the functionality of our website as well as many other websites since cookies are a standard part of most modern websites.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
